- Knowing that I do not have to have it all figured out to keep moving ahead.
- Accepting change by learning to go with the flow.

My Top 10 for 2016 is going to keep me focused and motivated throughout the year! Every opportunity is a learning lesson to help me grow and gain experiences. I am going to go with the flow by learning to dance. 123, 321 – Every step back is another step forward!

I’m challenging myself this year to go beyond what I think I’m physically capable of doing. I did my first 10k race last week, and in six weeks will do a Spartan Race. There will undoubtedly me a few more 10k races before the year is over. The prospect is scary, accomplishing it feels awesome!

I always try to work on myself, even if sometimes they seems to me only “small steps”. But it’s interesting ’cause it helps me to accept both positive and negative sides of me 😉
