The Old Jameson Distillery in Dublin offers a guided tour through Irish Whiskey making; the Triple Distillation method that makes the smooth taste of Jameson Irish Whiskey. The tours do sell out pretty quickly, so plan ahead if you visit. The tours average about 350,000 visitors per year. Open 7 days a week all year round.
The tour starts with an audio-visual presentation followed by a walk through the recreated distillery. The tour ends at the Jameson Discover Bar with a complimentary glass of Jameson, either a shot or a cocktail. There is a chance to become a “Qualified Irish Whiskey Taster” too.

I enjoy learning about the process and history and the cocktail was a good experience in tasting whiskey for the 1st time.
