Manifesting Purpose

Where Are You Going?

Do you feel like you are on auto pilot at times? Going through the motions to get the work done. Do you find it is a balancing act at times? Home, work, work, home, etc.

How do you manifest your purpose?

Practicing

Do you practice fulfilling or focus in on what is lacking?  Is there alignment or a disconnect? Can that disconnect be adjusted for better alignment. If not, it may be time to release, let go and/or move on. You have to do a self check from time to time to see if the work you are doing aligns with what is best and what matters to you!

One Step At A Time

Do you take baby steps or just jump in with both feet? Is it something you know you really want. Is it something with risk involved. Depends, right!

You have to know your “whys” in order to create, do, take action, etc.! Think about what inspires and motivates you. Do you know your loves and passions. Knowing that your doing what you can is a great first step to getting what you need! 

That is empowering and keeps you in charge of the controls! That gives you meaning and demonstrates what matters to you. That provides you with purpose in knowing that you are doing and working hard when it comes to what you need to live a fulfilling life. You are creating and journeying along!

Goodness

  • How do you give and receive?
  • How do you celebrate and reward?

There is no better mood booster then that feeling you get when goodness happens! Truly serving and doing with the kindness of your heart. Deepening those relationships that you are building by delving a little deeper in how you communicate and interact as well as engage and connect. That sense of love and support. That sense of belonging and sharing. That provides satisfaction, healthiness, fulfillment, and happiness! 

That brings depth and interest and gaining of experiences too! Reminding yourself to make time for you, especially to relax and rest. To do more of what you love to do and/or something you want to do for a change of pace. To take joy in enjoying yourself in everything you do!

Manifesting Growth Experiences

For Your Whole Being

How Do You Manifest Growth?

  • In learning, experiencing growth and gaining life experiences.
  • In being curious to explore and adventure.
  • In laughing, playing and having fun.
  • In being open to the possibilities and opportunities.
  • In giving to yourself, especially your needs.


Fruition . . .

Do you factor in the thrill or the fear in your experiences? Depends on the experience, right! Being fearful is okay, especially when you try new things or even take risks. It is part of the experience process!

However, letting fear control, deter and make decisions for you is not the best end result when it comes to the experience. The self doubt and the high expectations. The telling yourself it will never work and tapping into those old, bad habits again. It is okay to feel fearful when experiencing, but do not let fear just stop you in your tracks and stop you from doing!

Take a step back to determine as well as acknowledge what is standing in your way (i.e. fear, guilt, etc.)! Announce to yourself what it is and then release and let it go. It is okay to tune into your emotions, feelings and thoughts. Really look at what you are gaining and/or losing if you stand in your way! 


Boldness . . .

Think about the pure exhilaration and joy instead of letting fear take a front seat when you are experiencing! You may try that experience once and move on. You may try that experience again and again. Think about that you tried it and did it and maybe even liked it!

Give yourself the gift in being open to the possibilities and opportunities that come into your life! It can be refreshing and re-energizing to your whole being. It can be freeing too. Have fun with it! 

You are more than capable!

  • Own your value and worth.
  • Belief and trust in yourself.
  • Use that attitude to power you in what you want.
  • Use your energy to be inspired, motivated and drive.
  • Discover your loves, passions and desires.
  • Be grateful, appreciative and thankful.

Be the best person you can be by growing, experiencing and changing for the better! Take that first step and do not worry if it is a baby step, a giant leap or somewhere in between. Take action by doing it for you. That going for it, doing it is the greatest accomplishment you can gift to yourself! It provides you the motivation to go for it and do it again and again and again!

Manifesting “Whys”

Seeking Your “Whys” In What You Need

I have been thinking about being tested lately.

  • How do you find the gratitude to be grateful?
  • How do you feel blessed?
  • How do you wrap your head around it? Let alone make peace with it.

I am sure we all have thoughts of why me, why was I chosen! Determination versus denial. Resilience versus challenge. Gratitude and hope for the good, the bad and everything in between!

It is so we can teach ourselves as well as others how to be strong! 

  • With love and support.
  • With our biggest cheerleaders by our sides cheering us on.
  • With time and healing.
  • With determination and strength.
  • With resilience and the ability to cope (aka hope).
  • By building each other up when everything else around us seems to be breaking down.

It is so we can determine why we need what we need! The possibilities and opportunities. The gifts and the blessings. When your “whys” come to fruition in what you need! 

Do you reflect on . . .

  • Your blessings.
  • Your opportunities that you have been given.
  • Your gifts that you are grateful to have.
  • Your life experiences and memories that you treasure.

I think about anticipation, attraction and action! What is your purpose? Seeking and searching . . . Where are you being directed? Discovering and exploring . . . Taking action!

  • How do you anticipate what you need?
  • How do you attract your “whys” to get what you need?
  • How do you put those “whys” into action to go after what you need?

Are you anticipating the next thing once you have what you need? Or Do you savor the moment?

Do you expect instant gratification at times? Especially in having technology at your fingertips.

Really think about what you are inviting into your life!

  • The challenges that help you experience growth.
  • The lessons learned along with the experiences.
  • The possibilities and opportunities as well as the chances and risks given and taken.
  • The tough times that test your strength and endurance.
  • The memories created that tell your story as you journey along.

It matters and makes it so worth it! Gratitude keeps hope alive. Healing is learning, especially in learning how to let go. Embracing the opportunities to help you realize your dreams can come true!

Manifest Discovery

Of Your Self

Think about how you bare your soul and essence of your whole being to yourself!

From exploring the world through your child eyes to figuring out where you fit in as a teenager to discovering who you are in your 20’s.

Are you in a discovery phase? Who Am I? How Do I Tick? Have you started on your journey of self?

Where do you see yourself in this big world!

Saying Yes! To Love

Remember to take 5 minutes to 30 minutes to an hour and just be, especially with yourself! Self love and self care and compassion. Communicating and interacting. Engaging and connecting. Healthiness and happiness. 

  • Do a self check to determine your needs. Are your needs connecting to your “whys”?
  • Do make time for yourself and your whole, well being. What do you want to do?
  • Do more of what you love to do.
  • Do get curious to explore and adventure. Add in some play time.
  • Do have fun learning by trying new things.

Find what makes you joyful, gives you pleasure and makes you the happiest! 

Saying Yes! To Nurturing & Nourishing

How do you nurture and nourish your whole being?

  • Relaxing and resting.
  • Being present and mindful.
  • Finding your form of meditation.

Being present and sharing that presence of self can be powerful and intense to yourself as well as others!  You are connecting at a deeper level. It is refreshing and re-energizing. It is freeing and liberating!

Saying Yes! To Who You Are

How do you do for your whole, well being?

  • Building a solid foundation to live from.
  • Developing your coping toolkit. To heal, release and let go of what is not in your best interest.
  • Creating the space and boundaries that you need. Mentally and emotionally as well as physically and spiritually.
  • Being yourself and true to who you are. To really be your own person and stand on your own.
  • Tuning into your beliefs and what you value. To experience growth to transform.
  • Rooting yourself through your beliefs and to trust in yourself.

What truly matters the most to you! You can be authentic and show vulnerability and have humility. That is the essence of being human! 

Say Yes! To Community

Have you found your small tribe? Where you can be you?

  • To inspire and motivate.
  • To communicate and connect.
  • To guide and support.

Inspire and move yourself and others by what you are doing! You and your stories. Your creations and experiences. Your passions and loves. Your talents and gifts. 

  • To share learning lessons, experiences and life in general.
  • To cope and heal.

To shift and change by learning and developing! Gaining those life experiences and make lasting memories. To transition and transform through experiencing growth!

Say Yes! To Intuition

How do you tune and tap into your intuitive self?

  • Finding your voice to express yourself.
  • Accepting who you are.
  • Embracing your talents and gifts.
  • Listening to yourself as well as giving that gift of listening to others.
  • Trusting your gut.
  • Coming from a place of love by following your heart.
  • Letting your inner child out to explore and play.

Do you love you for you! What drives you. What do you want to give your energy to. What part of you needs you to pay attention and listen to it, especially what it needs and its “whys”!

Manifest Grounding

When You Experience Change

Change happens, right! You feel like everything is in order and then SURPRISE! You either embrace it or it turns your world a bit. Especially when change really throws you for a loop and your life out of whack!

Practicing

Do you have a good practice in place to adjust to change? Yes, no or working on it. Change can be good or rock your world, especially those sudden and unexpected changes. Remember you have to do what is best for you in those times of change!

How will you practice going forward in improving your ability and capacity for handling change moments?

Put Your Oxygen Mask On First!

Practicing . . . To nurture and nourish. To communicate and connect. To tune into your emotions, feelings and thoughts. To tap into what you need!

Do you find yourself pulling away and wanting to take the stakes up?

Do you want to curl into a ball? Do you just want to hide out for a while?

Practicing . . . To be flexible to better adjust and become more resilient to change. To remain as calm and level headed as possible. To listen to what you need in those moments of change. To learn how to bend and not snap!

Do you find yourself “over” . . . whelmed, stimulated, etc.

Do you find yourself tightening and constricting?

Practicing . . . To release helps you center. To let go to find your balance, especially in those times when you have no control in the change. Making the time to tune into your whole being and its needs! 


Practicing . . . Nurturing . . . Growing . . .

Processing

When you are in that change moment you tend to react not relax into the experience (unless it is good change)! It is not easy to find an even keel let alone a positive mood/attitude in those moments. Sometimes we are not even ready for a “there, there” or here’s some good advice for you. More times than not we need to process the change!

You may need to create the space you need to process the change! Stress and anxiety leads to tension and that can constrict how your body functions. A space where you can be with yourself to just be and take a breather. To release and relax. To bring your focus inward for clarity and awareness to work through the change process!


Processing . . . Being . . . Flowing . . .

Grounding

Have You Tried Grounding?

I have been reading about grounding when it comes to experiencing change! That react/run and/or fight or flight reaction. At times it is just too much to handle and process. You almost feel like you are losing your sense of self. You may be able to ground and/or center yourself by rooting your whole being to the here and now!

Rooting to the here and now is a good process to start practicing for the whole of your being!

How Do You Ground/Center/Root In Change Moments?

I think about getting physically grounded! From your feet to your fingertips to the top of your head. Standing with your feet apart and spreading your toes. Interlacing your fingers and stretching your arms above you. Breathing in and breathing out!

I think about building a solid foundation to live from! To find that stability and self security you need in times of change. To become aware of inner being to communicate, interact and connect with your whole being again. To get out of that survive mode and know this is survivable! 

I think about taking a much needed time out! To relax and rest to balance your whole being again. To recharge and re-energize. To be aware of your whole body to do a self check to determine your needs in those moments of change!

Will you tap into grounding?

  • To better root your whole being.
  • To cultivate your balance to center.
  • To focus inward on your needs.
  • To manage your time and energy more efficiently.
  • To communicate and connect as well as interact and engage YOU.
  • To have your mind and heart work as a team.
  • To better cope and become more resilient.

Through Your Role

I strongly believe that we all are leaders in our own lives! Do you agree? Do you take a leadership role in your own life for you and your whole being? Simply put it is about taking the time to value who we are and what we have to offer! 

Your love and confidence as well as your intelligence and intuition! Tuning into your power and tapping into your spirit. Basically living your life on your own terms!

To nurture and nourish your whole being! Through building a great relationship and deeper connection with your whole being. By putting perfection and high expectations on the down low. By being the person you are! 


Navigating . . . Manifesting . . . Journeying . . .

Your Mindset

How do you perceive and receive your world and the world around you? 

Ask Yourself . . .

  • Are you serving your best interests?

You need to know the “whys” when it comes to what you need and want as well as crave and desire! Being mindful and fully aware. Tuning into your senses. You also need to know how to release and let go of what is no longer serving your best interests! 

  • Are you stunting your growth in any way?

You matter and are important! If you are willing and open, you are more than capable. You have to open yourself up to the possibilities and opportunities!

  • Are you sticking to your rules when it comes to acting?

Sometimes your mind rules your actions! You may have to throw out the rule book. You may need to let your heart in to play more! 

  • Are you proactive or reactive?

You need to make the time to connect with your whole being! Find that quiet space to center and connect. Reflect and release. Discover the movement and flow to your whole being again! 


Being . . . Creating . . . Living . . .

Your Dimension

You are more than one dimension! You have breadth by learning, developing and growing. You have depth through your experiences. All of what you experience enhances and expands you and your world!

A major part of adding dimension is through building a relationship with yourself!

  • Believing and trusting in yourself.
  • Knowing how you want to be treated to value yourself and your worth.
  • Nurturing and nourishing yourself and your whole being.
  • Answering those “whys” to ask for what you need.
  • Well being through self being; love, kindness, care, compassion, etc.

Your Journey

Remember you are the author in creating your story! You are the navigator in your journey!

It is about learning from the past and being in the present! What do you need? Are you being true to who you are? Be an active participant and show up for you in living your life!

What Are You Desiring

Do you believe in manifesting attraction you get what you wish for?

Think about . . .

#1 – Creating reality.

Can you create your reality?

You have the power to control and drive. Of course to a degree since some things are out of our control. Through that power you make decisions and choices for yourself. Through that control you have the ability to respond or react as well as take action or not.

As surely as mountains are to be climbed and oceans sailed, your dreams are meant to come true.
This is why you’re here, to live the life of your dreams.
Not to be tested, challenged, and tried, but to conquer, champion, and rule.
Keep going, forge ahead, press on, 
and the day must dawn when your thirsts shall be quenched, and you, exalted.

#2 – Cultivating attraction.

How do you cultivate attraction for yourself? 

Ask yourself those “whys”. To understand and define what you need.

  • Why do you need what you desire?
  • Why is it a need vs. a want?

Ask yourself those “whats”. To create, attract and/or manifest to make it happen (aka become reality).

  • What intentions are you setting?
  • What steps/goals will you take to reach your desired outcome?
  • What action(s) do you take to bring it to fruition?

Life can only give you what you are prepared to receive.

How To Attract . . .

Where does that attraction come from to get what you need and want as well as crave and desire?

  • Building self confidence and independence.
  • Taking risks.
  • Learning to develop and experience growth.
  • Gaining experiences.

Confidence is not about being fearless and reckless. It is your ability to be aware of your fears. Do you know your strengths as well as your weaknesses? Do you own your power and strength and use that to your best advantage! 

It is about believing in yourself and being true to who you are. Do you like “you”? Do you know what you do well at? That is a powerful attractor asset to have! 

Do you make time for you? To take care of you and your needs! Do you spend time working on you, especially in knowing your abilities and skills? This helps you be confident, independent and self sufficient!

Manifesting Energy

Through Your Inner Self

 Think vitality and quality of life! 

Intuition

How do you tune into your inner self? Do you tune into what you need and tap into your energy. Do you really let your intuition in when it comes to reflecting vs. reacting. Especially in taking the time you need when it comes to making decisions and choices that work best for you and your whole being!

Your inner guidance. Does it give you energy. Does it allow you to open a bit more. How do you drown out the noise to really listen to it to guide you!

How do you tune into your intuition? Are you aware when it comes to what you are drawn to versus led into? Is your mind instructing you or is your gut directing you? It is important to guide yourself, especially when it comes to your inspiration and energy as well as your motivation and drive!

Your inner gut instinct. Do you listen to it? Do you value and trust it? How does it make you feel and think!

Inner Energy

How do you tap into your inner energy? By understanding the why in your needs and desires. By adding in time to relax and rest. By being inspired to be, do and take action!

What are you building for your self? The communication you have with your inner self. The interaction to your healthiness, happiness and wellness. The engagement to your vitality through learning, experiencing growth and gaining life experiences!

What are you creating for your self? Connecting to your various energies (i.e. creative, spiritual, etc.). Tuning into your passions and loves. Really doing what you love and making the time to do it!

What are you navigating for your self? The balance between structure and being more freeing. The knowing how to be and do through your needs and desires. Along with setting boundaries, you also need to create space to tune into your intuition and tap into your energies more freely!

Manifesting Investing

In Your Whole Being

Do you think of yourself as an investment? I hope you do!

When you truly feel good about yourself, you are less likely to fall for those mind traps and physical challenges you place on yourself! Yes, we all want to look good, especially on the outside and how we present ourselves to others. However, it does not define who you are!

  • What do you do to invest in your whole being, inside and out?
  • How are you worthy to yourself?
  • How do you value yourself, especially in what matters the most to you?

You have to really check in with yourself and your whole being from time to time! To see how you are doing overall. To see if you are using your time and energy efficiently and effectively. To see what you truly need!

  • How do you love yourself and your whole being?

You need to invest in YOU to get a great return on your investment! Taking care of your health and happiness. Doing more of what you love to do. Tuning into those passions and tapping into your creative being. To truly receive and give back to YOU!

  • How do you tap into your power, especially owning it?

Remember it is okay to have those moments where you are not on top of it! You realize it and that is a good first step. Stop and pause to reflect and release. It is okay to embrace it, come to terms with it and keep moving forward one step at a time!

Manifesting Receiving

To Receive, Release & Give

I was in the process of writing a blog post on manifesting receiving when I read an article On Mind Body Green by Dr. Danielle Dowling called How to Manifest Abundance In Your Relationships & Finances. Her words just SPOKE to me. The main reason her words spoke to me is the connection between receiving and releasing!

Dr. Dowling’s number one tip for abundant success is RELEASE in any are of your life! She talks about saying to yourself “I release so that I may receive.”

  • Release resentment (that you haven’t gotten it yet).
  • Release expectation (of what it should look like).
  • Release attachment (to the eventual outcome).

I think about that desire for abundance and how to attract it. I think about that need of getting what you want in your life to live your life.

It is like a teeter totter! On one side release seems simple and easy. On the other side release can be difficult and challenging. I think it comes down to being true to who you are by believing, valuing, loving, and trusting yourself! 

In knowing your essential inner being you can go after what you need, crave, want, and desire! You can find your healthiness and happiness. You can discover your passions and loves. It starts with you and from within you!

It is about building a good foundation for yourself! Practicing to shift, change and transition to develop and grow. Experiencing to live a good, full life. Creating your story as you journey along!

It is about being there and helping yourself connect more deeply to who you are and your world!

Really connecting with your whole being . . .

  • To Communicate
  • To Listen
  • To Interact
  • To Engage

It is about that triple combo in RECEIVING, RELEASING and GIVING! Being open to the possibilities and opportunities. Learning when you need to slow down, step back or even speed up a bit. Being, doing and going for what really matters to you and what you truly love to do!
