BEing

BE Curious

Get curious and explore! Let your creative side loose. Let your inner kid come out to play, laugh and have fun. Be and do what makes you happy and makes your whole being feel good!

Here’s another thought on being curious . . . do you tune and tap into what you are EXPERIENCING in your curiosity! 

What are you experiencing?

  • It it a teaching lesson.
  • It is a growth experience.
  • Do you just need to be with yourself for that moment.
  • Does it require no action and doing nothing in that moment.
  • Does it require you to act and take action.
  • Are you in a place of awareness.

It takes you and the experience to another level in connecting and engaging! Pause to soak it in. Center to focus in. Check in your whole being to experience!

Think about discovery and the possibilities waiting out there for you to grab!

BE Open

Are you on auto pilot or manual? Practice listening instead of speaking and/or doing. Tune in versus out. Be alert and open. Be awake and aware. What is at least one thing you can take away or learn today?

  • To be open and put yourself out there to learn, grow and experience.
  • To be the best version of yourself and to do that through self love, care, kindness, and compassion.
  • To be flexible in exploring and discovering as well as growing and experiencing.

Think about movement! To give you clarity and calmness. To give you balance and stability. To wander and ponder. It helps you work through things, figure out solutions and just keep moving!

To Just BE

  • To be mindful and present.
  • To be your time keeper in how and what you spend your time and energy on.

Think about being completely present in what you are doing right at that moment! Make the time to focus on the task at hand. To be fully engaged and connected. It is so worth it!

BE the Stretch

How can you stretch your comfort zone? It truly starts from within in how you feel. That inquiry in asking yourself what you need and why!

  • Finding the meaning and what matters in your why.
  • Awakening and growing . . .
  • Opening yourself up to the possibilities.
  • Discovering and experiencing . . .
  • Putting your focus and energy on what you truly need.
  • Empowering and emerging . . .

Think about quality versus quantity when it comes to your being, health and wellness and life in general!

BE the Moment

What are those moments that made you proud that you went for it and did it?

  • Those moments that are exciting and freeing at the same time.
  • Those moments that make you satisfied and fulfilled.
  • Those moments where your whole being is in play; mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually! 

 That is authentic and abundance all rolled into one whole package! To be strong in your whys and empowered to meet your needs. To reach your full potential by knowing who you are and what works best for you.  That self reflection, that self inquiry, that self check . .

As An Adult

Cultivate Curiosity and Imagination

Remember letting your imagination run wild as a child! That going within to imagine and create and wonder. That curiosity that let you explore and go on adventures for hours. Remember to engage your imagination as an adult each and every day!

To look at everything as if you were seeing it for the 1st time! Get curious, explore and learn. I love sharing an experience with another person because they see things completely different than I do. Experience the world you live in!

It is okay to not know or even understand something. Just be open to the opportunity and get involved in the learning process! I want to know, learn and understand, especially things that are new to me. Question and question some more to learn, discover and experience!

Questioning and learning brings out the curiosity, the imagination and the creativity! It makes you excited and motivated. It makes you inspired and passionate. There is so much to learn, soak in, savor, and experience!


Why . . . When . . . Who . . .

Soak In the World

Soak in the world around you each and every day! Do away with the limits, the expectations and the perfections. Dream BIG and day dream! Hope and wish and set goals and milestones.

Every day is a new day, a new start! Get a little uncomfortable by stretching your comfort zone. Be open and accepting of new possibilities, opportunities and experiences!


Where Are You Going?

Bust a Move

Seeing kids playing is a true act of constant motion! Those kids are busy and on the move. Those kids are carefree and happy. Those kids are playing and having fun. It feels good to move and be active!

I think about the song Happy by Pharrell Williams and it makes me want to bust a move plus clap and sing along! There is nothing better than singing along or using the steering wheel as a drum while commuting to and from work. I find myself humming or tapping along when I am somewhere that has music playing. Just let the music move you!


Shake a Tail Feather

Savor the Littlest & Simplest Things.

Find the joy by doing what makes you happy! There is something about discovering contentment in the littlest things. Savor the moment and make it a lasting memory!

Shifting Into A

What Do You Do On a Daily Basis To Make Your Life a Little Easier On Yourself?

I have discovered that if I stop pushing and start giving I receive what I need in my life! I am happier and healthier for my whole being. I am able to slow down and shift gears. I find that I can take charge and be in control!

Schedule In Ease

I stopped over scheduling my day and adding to my to do list! It overwhelmed and exhausted me. I became stressed out and that crazed person reared its ugly head. I needed to find my ease and calm as well as my balance and control again!

I now take time for myself in the morning to relax and in the evening to unwind, release and let go! I am done pushing myself and running around. I am done feeling guilty for not getting everything done on my to do list. I am happier and healthier now when I accomplish my top 3 things to do and just being more mindful and present throughout the day!

Slow Down, Way Down

I am slowing down, way down lately! I breathe, eat and exercise better. I am more aware of my motions and movements. I feel more at ease and it relaxes my whole being!

One Thing At A Time

Doing one thing at a time is not an easy thing to do when multitasking to the Nth degree is norm! I start feeling overwhelmed and doing nothing well when I multitask to the Nth degree. I feel better when I can tackle the task at hand, focus in on it, complete it well, and move on to the next task. I feel so much more put together and able to do my best too!

Energize

I am learning to use my energy levels to my advantage! I like to get things done in the morning, take an hour lunch break to reenergize and workout in the evening during the work week. It not only helps manage my energy levels but my stress levels!

Make Time To Play

I schedule in play time to laugh and just have FUN! I enjoy letting my inner child out. It gives me joy and happiness. It puts the stress on the down low and laughter is the best stress reliever!
