What Are You Practicing?
I have been thinking about movement lately, especially forward movement. For instance, why do some movements seem so natural while others seem like you are continuously pushing a boulder up a very steep hill. You either keep pushing or have a boulder coming at you like Indiana Jones in that one movie. Your body and your body language speak volumes!
How and when do you stop pushing and just try and go with the flow? Especially when you are not the go with the flow type. Scheduled versus spontaneity. Learning to navigate or asking someone else for directions. Mind and body working together as one!
You have choices, especially to choose what works best for you! Weighing the pros and the cons. To practice, learn and develop. To progress to experience growth and gain life experiences. To find your “whys” in what you need!
To learn more about who you are and how you work! To find your potential as well as your talents and gifts. To discover what matters most. To create and live!

It matters in how you live your life! That true essence of self and being true to who you are. That love and support. That caring and receiving and giving. It matters in how you care for yourself and others, especially your greatest someones!

- To discover those loves and passions that give you ambition.
- To be an active and productive being.
- To achieve and be successful.
- To be happy and healthy whole, well beings.
- To living the simpler life.
I have learned that a good majority of things can be doable, changeable, fixable . . . Also, survivable! Creating and recreating. Changing and adapting. Transitioning and transforming. You are in charge to be who you are and to create (i.e. a life, happiness, health, etc.) and live for yourself!
