I have a gratitude journal (actually a beat up spiral notebook) where I jot down what I’m grateful for as each day unfolds.

Im loving the cooler weather here today Renee. Its been a week of relentless heat and its very hard to be creative in a sweltering temp. But today its cooler and it won’t be long and we will be in Autumn one of my favourite seasons. Have a great day.
