The Greatest Gift

I Discovered On

My Journey of Self

Talk about a freeing experience in going on a journey of self! It is an eye-opening and truth seeking experience. The love and the acceptance. The courage and the strength. The finding of what makes me tick and the discovering of who I am!

I set myself free and came into my own! Growth and experience. Trust and security. The finding of my voice and expressing myself!

I let go of the fear eventually, especially of the unknown! Beliefs and values. Senses and instincts. The practicing of following my heart and coming from a place of love!

Journeying Along . . .

The best life lesson for me was communicating, interacting and connecting the love and the compassion, the caring and the kindness and the happiness and the contentment to myself and my whole being! I needed to become a healthier and happier being. I was doing that or more like pushing or forcing that on everyone else in my life. I became a better as well as a real person in learning that lesson!

Communicating . . . Interacting . . . Connecting . . .

I had to come to terms with that everything had to be right and perfect and stop setting those expectations so high that it created major limitations! Letting go, especially of what I have no control over. Stopping the running and the racing and slowing down to be in the present moment. Hence another freeing moment in that I do not have it all figured out and that is okay!

I need to go with the flow more! It is about practicing, processing and creating. It is about acting, moving and breathing. It is about being aware and open. Let it unfold and just be!

Balance is good, however; finding what works BEST for you is so FREEING! I can live my life more naturally and organically. That freedom in living from within! I can be me.

Which leads me to the Greatest Gift I have received . . . The freedom to be; simply, fully, wholly! Being . . . Doing . . . Experiencing . . .  I am looking forward to the transitioning and transforming as I live my life going forward. It is life changing on so many levels!

From May 2015 - March 2016, Sherry and Sean traveled the country and lived in a 5th wheel R.V. They took pictures, hiked mountains, and saw amazing sights. They are now settled in Fort Myers, Florida and are continuing to take pictures and seeing amazing sights. This is the blog of their journey from leaving St. Louis and starting an adventure, to living in Florida and doing photography. Enjoy the stories, and leave comments if you have one to share!
