The True You
I started on this journey of self a few years ago and have had teachable moments, learning lessons and life experiences!
I have . . .
- Gave myself permission to just be!
- Made myself a priority.
- Stopped making excuses and took action.
# 1 – Permission
I wanted to take charge of my health and change my lifestyle for the better! I had lost that balance and/or happy medium in living my life. I need to love me for me and be an inspiration to myself! I need to create the happiness and take pleasure in living the life I do have. The hardest part was leaning into the unknown with love and embracing change instead of continuing to resist it!
#2 – Priority
I have learned to slow down the pace and take the time to rest and relax! I needed to get in touch with my core values and define what I need and want in living my life. I need to do what I love and feed my passions as well as fuel my motivations and inspirations! I want to find meaning and purpose in living my life.
#3 – Action
I can say I am going to do this and that, but what good will that do me if I do not put it into action! I had to take action in order to get the results, rewards and gains I was looking for. I had to be willing to change some not so good habits for the good and the positive. Having patience has been the hardest for me!
The Results Are Rewarding
When I gave myself permission is when I started listening to my inner voice, following my heart and trusting my gut! I feel more grounded and connected from within myself. I feel balanced and on track. I feel more open and embracing of what is happening in living my life!
When I made myself a priority is when I started taking time for myself and taking care of my whole being! I feel good. I feel that I can just be and be me. I feel a little less crazed and crave life in general!
When I took action is when I started feeling good in living my life! I feel the goodness and the happiness become a little more natural for me with time and patience. I feel more positive and light. I feel more in tune with my whole being from the inside out!
