I am really good in scheduling time off to escape and travel! I do pretty well in scheduling in my fitness on at least a weekly basis. I make sure to schedule my wellness appointments in the calendar on my phone too. I need to schedule better when it comes to my health, especially mentally; taking those mental breaks!
