I feel great and this is the most important thing to me and my whole being! I had an awakening that had me respecting, caring and loving my whole being again. I needed to truly appreciate what my body and my whole being does for me each and every day!
Basically make the most of what I do have already! I had to stop focusing on what I wanted by setting high expectations with unachievable results. I needed to stick with what was working and make adjustments as needed. I am becoming more comfortable with my whole being again and that is the best feeling to have!
I have to forgive, let go and release what is wasting my time or no longer serving me! I need to be mindful and aware. I need to be grateful and appreciate what I do have. It certainly changes my perspective and helps me come from a place of love and kindness!

I am practicing self care and taking time for myself! I am done beating myself up and talking trash to myself. I need to project myself from the inside out and share that with other people. Remember age is just a number too and I am so not acting my age!
I am tuning into myself from the inside out again! I am tapping into my strong and confident self. I am believing, valuing and trusting in myself again!
I have hopes, wishes and dreams! I have desires and passions! I have health and happiness!
I enjoy myself and do what makes me happy! I enjoy treating myself at least every month and the possibilities are endless. I enjoy living the life I do have and that I am one lucky girl!
I love the natural when it comes to putting myself out there every day! Finding my style. Putting my spin on me!
