Have your ever just stopped and tuned into your own body? I think of the Corpse pose in yoga. I think about connecting from my head to my toes and listening to my heart beating. I think about how grateful I am for what my body can do for me!
Breathe IN, Breath OUT & Repeat
If you have, how does it make you feel? I feel strong and connected from the inside out. I feel calm and centered as well as recharged and reenergized. I feel ready to get out there and just live it!
I love taking time for myself to do what I want to do! I enjoy taking care of myself and my needs. I am my own protector, supporter and cheerleader. I am learning to love myself and my whole being more, way more!
When I hear the word “enough” I want it to be in a positive way! I am enough. I am deserving. I am so WORTH it!
Open . . . Embrace . . . Create . . .
I want to replace “could” with “can” and “would” with “will”! I am finding a new normal when it comes to moving my body and staying active. I am loving my inner strength and discovering my strong again! I enjoy stretching my comfort zone and trying new things. It makes me feel good! I am amazed what I can do when I face my fears; rational, irrational and emotional.
I truly want to embrace and accept myself fully and live from within! I so want to connect with the whole me and that includes the messy parts too! I struggle with every fiber of my being to let go a little bit of the challenger and controller in me and just be and go with the flow. Life is way too short to not live every minute of it!
The best gift I can give myself every day is being more open to what life has to offer, let it in and soak up the richness of it too! I need to listen to myself and my needs and find the balance that works best for me. I love escaping to the great outdoors and nature and the beauty it has to offer. Just OPEN your mind, your eyes, your ears, your heart, and your senses!
