What You Truly WANT In Your Life!
I do believe in imagining and visualizing, especially when it comes to what you want! I do think it is important to have goals and plans as well as hopes, wishes and dreams. I am learning that when the mind, heart and body play well together mostly everything else clicks into place. I feel like it becomes less of a chore and more of a lifestyle!
Wanting
I think the hardest part is just getting started and never giving up on what I WANT! I need to be true to myself as well as to believe and trust in myself. I am learning to accept and embrace change instead of putting up a fight and resisting it. I truly want to change, transition and transform myself and my life for the better!
Make Your Wants Known!
Imagining
I IMAGINE . . .
#1 Adventuring through life with my Greatest Someone.
#2 Traveling, Adventuring and Exploring.
#3 Limitless and Endless Possibilities Await!
Do You Ever Imagine That It Is Already Happening!
Visualizing
I do not visualize myself at the finish line! Hopefully I never will either. I want to imagine myself continuing on this path to grow, strive and revel in my successes and my failures as well as my strengths and weaknesses! I want to imagine myself celebrating life way more than I already do too.
Make It a Reality!
Creating
What Goal(s) Do You Want To Create For Yourself and Your Life?
#1 I want to get out there and live my life TODAY.
I WANT to live the life I know I can HAVE in living a healthier lifestyle and being on the happy side of life more! I can do the things I want to do because I am grateful for my body in doing that for me. I can have the motivation to be active. I can have the energy to do the things I WANT to do!
#2 I want to create a healthier lifestyle for myself.
I am in control of me and I can go after what I WANT for myself and in living my life! I took the first step three years ago in creating a healthier lifestyle for my whole being. I need to find that natural sync between my mental and physical states of being, especially keeping my emotions reigned in too. Otherwise I am just acting as a place holder for myself and not learning, experiencing growth or gaining life experiences. The best for me is the commitment I give to myself to keep practicing and progressing! I am seeing the results of my hard work and dedication. The more practice and progress the better I feel too!
The more detail and specifics the better; get your whole being into it!

Ah yes…we were just talking about this this morning…I do need to push myself a little harder and to visualize what I want, as the days go past and none of my goals get fulfilled…

Right now I’d love to escape into that luscious woods and see where that trail leads.

That trail is the Panorama trail in Yosemite – so you would be in Yosemite National Park:)

Dude! What a trip! I say that because I’m on a total Tony Robbins imagine-dream-create better life quest right now and your post totally reaffirmed all these thoughts. I totally love your Imagination list. Very awesome and something we all know we want just always good to be reminded of that so we don’t lose focus when we feel we are lost. Awesome post!

Being able to carry on growing and learning is important to me, even though I struggle mightily with it sometimes. I guess I have reluctantly accepted my limits when it comes to travel, but I try to leave the door open. You never truly know what’s around the corner. 🙂
I’m happy that you seem to be making good progress.

Trust me when I say I take 2 steps forward and 3 steps backwards at times! Loving your comment – love that you leave the door open:)
