Not One Part of Yourself
Do you see yourself as a whole being? Do you see yourself as the positive parts of your being? Do you see yourself as the negative parts of your being? Do you just not look at yourself?
If you do look at yourself, do you see the sum of your parts as a whole? If so, good for you!
Why not start building yourself as a whole instead of breaking yourself down into parts! Be a little more loving and kind to your whole being; physically, mentally and spiritually. DO what makes you FEEL GOOD!

The best part of being a human is the ability to CHANGE! Close your mouth, turn off your negative self talk and embrace YOURSELF! I love the satisfaction I get from the changes I have made to be a healthier as well as better version of myself. I can so get on board with her and so want to be a part of her world!
I want to be a positive role model to other people! In treating myself well I hope it inspires other people to do the same. Especially for other women and the girls who will come into their own soon enough.
