The Beauty of Words

Oh So Natural

Mandy Burstein wrote an article on called 10 Inspiring Quotes I Heard While Practicing Yoga. Mandy is a yoga instructor and writer based in La Jolla, California. I loved in Mandy’s bio that she says, “she passionately empowers people to become the best version of themselves, both on and off the mat.” I believe in becoming and being a better version of myself!

The one sentence in her article that resonated with me was the *Bonus! Oh So Beautiful, Natural and Powerful!

*Bonus: Namaste. – Possibly the most beautiful word ever said in yoga.

There are many interpretations, my favorite being:

The divine light in me bows to the divine light in you.” ~Mandy Burstein

My wish one day is to get back into the practice of yoga. Yoga is the ultimate workout with myself for myself and my whole being! I am going to carry this with me throughout this year. I loved saying, “Namaste” at the end of a yoga session! That one word is so enlightening and welcoming to me and my being.

Here’s to Welcoming Your Whole Being Every Day and Seeing the Light!!!

From May 2015 - March 2016, Sherry and Sean traveled the country and lived in a 5th wheel R.V. They took pictures, hiked mountains, and saw amazing sights. They are now settled in Fort Myers, Florida and are continuing to take pictures and seeing amazing sights. This is the blog of their journey from leaving St. Louis and starting an adventure, to living in Florida and doing photography. Enjoy the stories, and leave comments if you have one to share!
