How do you gain the skills/tools needed to accept and adapt to change faster and perform better in every aspect of your life?
This world just seems to speed by and at times takes you for a RIDE along the way! Every ride is a different experience too. Sometimes I just want it to stop or slow down, so I can get OFF! Sometimes you just sit back and open yourself up to the possibilities; see where it takes you.
I am trying to be more aware and tune into change. Just be more flexible and go with the flow. I think the hardest thing is the fear of the unknown at times. Just being more open and less limiting.
How do you just let go and be free from yourself in these situations?
1st you can act or react or be somewhere in between. 2nd remember you either have control or not. 3rd you have many choices to pick from.
I worry about the stupidest things at times, which makes me panic and have anxiety. Then you add stress to the mix. I feel like the deer in the headlights in these situations. Then I start on the negative self-talk because the situation is akward as well as uncomfortable.
I am learning to not be so reactionary. Find a level of calm and balance. Not let fear and anxiety take control over me. Developing those coping skills that use my self-confidence and self-worth to my best advantage in these situations.
I cannot seem to find a happy medium with my emotions in certain situations, especially when you feel like it is a personal attack. I am trying to let go of the things I have NO CONTROL over and that has been the hardest lesson for me. Releasing those emotional blocks as well as letting go of that emotional baggage!
Being Empowered versus Being Embolded
I have discovered there is a big difference in being empowered versus embolded. Being empowered helps you better understand, react and respond to a situation. Being embolded is not a good thing if you use it to your advantange to get what you WANT! Give yourself an ally versus an enemy viewpoint.
Self-empowerment gives me peace of mind and helps me find that balance in my life. It gives me a boost of energy and gets me fired up. It gives me the ability to see the positive and gets me motivated. I feel healthier from the inside out; physically, mentally and emotionally.
