I know there is a weight issue in this country. However, I am not going to feed into the “fear of fat”. I do not believe there is 1 perfect body image that everyone should achieve! I need to trust myself and that what I am doing to get healthier is BEST for me and my body.
I did not fully appreciate my body until a serious injury sidelined me last year for many months. I have been given this one body and I am going to give it my love and full attention. I am no longer listening to “negative nelly” when it comes to my body image. I am accepting and embracing my body and loving what my body can do for me!
I have been tuning into my mental and emotional self as well as the physical self. The love and acceptance you have for yourself comes from the inside out. That you value yourself and make yourself a priority is what truly matters in living your best life! Just Be the Real You, Grab Life & Get Out There!!!

Everyone has a body shape and body structure that makes you unique! Why not embrace it and love your body!
The #1 take away I have learned over the past 3 years in living a healthier life is: Learn how to dress your body to enhance your assets! It starts with the basic under layer and building from there. Get fitted for the proper bra and try on underwear. Get in the habit of trying on clothing before bringing it home.
