What motivates you to get your burn on? Music. A Workout Buddy or Group Class. Just Doing What You Enjoy!

Really figure out what works best for you and your body! A little fitness is better than none at all. It can be a little bit of trial and error, but do not give up. You have to find what you like to do that is fun and enjoyable and that you can stick to long term!
You do not have to spend hours working out. Get Motivated and Stay Active! You do not have to eat foods that taste like nothing. Just Make Better Choices!

Do you believe being fitness motivated is a mindset/lifestyle? I do. Fitness should add to your life. Fitness just becomes a way of LIFE!
I have my fair share of excuses ready to go, trust me. CravesBro having not 1 but 2 heart attacks in his late-30s pushed me to change my mindset and really think of it as a lifestyle change for the BETTER! I want to be healthier OVERALL! Hopefully I have someone to torment in my 90s.
