Doing What You Love

One Color at a Time

I think of Harold and his purple crayon! Harold creates a world of his own by drawing it with his purple crayon. Talk about having the POWER! I so want to live my life like that and release my inner four-year-old while doing what I love.

“Harold wants to go for a walk in the moonlight, but there is no moon, so he draws one.

He has nowhere to walk, so he draws a path.

He has many adventures looking for his room,

and in the end he draws his own house and bed and

goes to sleep.”

Harold is CREATING his world one moment at a time! I want to create my own life story. I want to draw my own path to live and love my life on each and every day. I want creativity, adventure and much more in living my life to the fullest.

Imagine if you could get out your purple crayon when needed! I can visualize and create what I want the outcome to be at that moment. I do not have to place limits on myself and can color outside those limits. I will have to remember to add a purple crayon to my life skills toolkit. Talk about opening up your world and living it large!

I want to do more of what I love and start letting go of what I do not love in living the life I want! I might just have to use all the colors in the crayon box to color and brighten my world. I certainly would not be hard to miss with being that colorful! I might just have to share the many colors in my world with other people too.

They are now settled in Fort Myers, Florida and are continuing to take pictures and seeing amazing sights. This is the blog of their journey from leaving St. Louis and starting an adventure, to living in Florida and doing photography. Enjoy the stories, and leave comments if you have one to share!
