Do you treat your body well or not so much? Do you just go and go until your get up and go is just gone? Running on E and Stress leads to Sickness. Not Being connected physically, mentally and spiritually takes a toll on you and your body.
All that “Stuff” you deal with and dwell on affects Your Quality of Life! Your ability to enjoy life and being able to live it on a daily basis. Not taking care of yourself properly is a disservice to yourself and your whole being! Remember to reap the benefits and rewards of being a healthier you.
It it never too late and you can start by taking baby steps! For instance, make sure you get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. For instance, making healthier food choices, staying hydrated, exercising, etc. Minimize the Negative and Maximize the Positive in Your Life!
