I love hanging with my greatest someone over dinner and a great bottle of wine. I also enjoy a fitness date with my greatest someone.

- Walking On the Beach
- Going for a Hike and Packing a Picnic Lunch
- Exploring Nature on Foot (i.e. green spaces, gardens, arborteums)
My greatest someone is a great partner to have in staying active and together we keep each other in check with our health and fitness. It is a Win, Win! Plus I usually get my sweetie’s undivided attention too. BONUS!

There is the connection/reconnection with my partner. There is the discovery of a new way to communicate with each other. Sometimes talking is not an option, so you find other ways to communicate. There are times where trusting your partner comes into play to have your back and support you, especially when trying a new fitness activity or sport.
I am not a competitive person. I do enjoy a little healthy competition though (more “way to go” than “in your face”). You can add a little spark and flirt when it comes to being competitive together too. Makes it More FUN!
