By Changing the Way You Think
As part of this journey of self-exploration, I have been thinking about transforming change. Why is transforming as a person difficult at times? For me it is the push-pull between my brain and my heart; the rational versus the emotional. For instance, you want to be a better person, but sometimes you want to raise a little heck too!
Here’s the real kicker! My emotional self loves being a creature of habit and enjoys the comforts of my current routine. My rational self loves to move and shake things up and screams change. This push-pull can complicate your life when it comes to making changes in your life, especially when accomplishing your goals, hopes and dreams!
Can you have the best of your selves? I think that your rational and emotional selves can come together to accomplish great things in your life. Find what you love to do, spark your creativity and ignite your passions. You have to flip the switch and change the way you think to make change happen in your life!
