Break the Routine
Do you feel like a human on a treadmill going no where fast somedays? It is just a means to end; getting in your exercise for the day, week and/or month. I find it a little ironic that we sit and commute to work, sit at work (good majority do), sit and commute to the gym, and then go home to sit some more or lay down for 4 to 6 to 8 hours. Think about that for a minute!

Any wonder why we might be bored and want to break free of the routine? I realize that this is part of living life. However, I am not all that amazed about how much time I sit on my arse and how I have become a slave to technology. You cannot even escape technology at the gym! At least it helps with the boredom, right!
Remember PLAYING as a kid. It was FUN! I try to pick activities I enjoy when it comes to exercising. I do try to challenge myself though too by switching up my routine, maybe taking in a class or checking out a new machine. I just feel a little more motivated exercising when I enjoy the activity!
